bwiset na bwiset ako ngayon.
bata pa lang ako against na ako sa mga activities sa school na masyadong labor intensive at walang masyadong learning…
nung elementary at high school ako… hindi ako madalas magpasa ng notebook sa paniniwalang hindi to kailangan sa pag-aaral. Hindi rin ako nagpapasa ng mga projects na walang kwenta (tulad nung mga origami etc).
Hay. Ayoko lang talaga...

1. Ano kayang magandang patakaran sa OBAS para maiwasan ang pagdami ng mga nanay na nanganganak dun?
2. Sabi ni JoGon pabalikin daw yung "normal" delivery sa mga local hospitals nila.

2. Well, oo pero tertiary hospital daw tayo... kasalanan ng local government kung 'di nila maprovide yung healthcare na dapat sa nasasakupan nila.

tertiary healthcare
Yesterday my lolo complained of severe progressive body malaise. On further interview, I found out that he had a month long history of constipation, progressive weight loss, melena with bouts of hematochezia, and decreased caliber of stool. On PE, I palpated a tender abdominal mass at the LLQ. I texted alot of friends and fortunately… help arrived “first thing in the morning”....

Today, during IM preceptorials, we witnessed how a 38-year old female was told that she may have double primary malignant cancers; 1) an orbital mass which caused her left eye to proptose and on CT, erosion of her left temporal bone, and 2) breast cancer, stage IV. It was her first time to disclose the information regarding her breast mass to any doctor for fear that she would end...
